I’ve spent my career inside government, technology companies, nonprofits, investing, and academia. I know how public institutions make decisions, how companies build and grow, and what happens when a strategy meets the real world.

  1. 01Secured $500M in private infrastructure investment and created a $24M Digital Inclusion Fund as Chief Innovation Officer of San José.
  2. 02Built open-data, privacy, and AI ethics frameworks in municipal government and in leading technology companies.
  3. 03Founded and launched the Nextdoor Kind Foundation’s grants and operations and worked with the CEO and BoD to implement philanthropic programs, develop AI products, and increase community impact.
